OpenAI has released a dedicated iOS app for ChatGPT onto Apple’s App Store. It’s currently available only in the USA, with worldwide release expected to follow shortly. An Android app is also in the works.
The dedicated app means that mobile users no longer have to access ChatGPT via a web browser. The app syncs your chat history across devices and provides a more user-friendly experience for those who prefer accessing their services through an app.
The official app is free to use, with no advertisements. The ChatGPT Plus subscription service ($19.99 per month) is available via the app.
